Delivery & Returns

Nationwide delivery across the UK.

Stock items are usually dispatched in 1-2 days from the point of order.
Non stock items that are made to order have a lead in that varies.
You should be ready to receive the goods from the point of order, the lead in is usually 10 working days.
This can be extended in our very busy periods.

Courier packs

Deliveries up to 50kg are sent by courier pack.

Pallets

Deliveries for up to 1 tonne which is usually 40no. 25kg bags or 48no. 10 Litre tubs.

Pallets arrive on an 18t curtain sided vehicle with tail lift. Please inform us of any restrictions to access. Offload area for tail lift must have level hard standing of tarmac or boards to run the driver’s pallet truck onto. This is not required where there is a fork lift or machine on site.

Where delivery is attempted, and no one is present to receive the goods, the goods may be taken back to the transport depot and a second additional delivery charge may apply. Any additional cost for delivery will be the customers responsibility.

We are happy to work out quantities required for you.

Returns Policy

Dry powder products of standard stock items can only be returned within a short period of two weeks and must be in new condition which will be decided at our sole discretion.
Wet products of standard stock items made with lime putty can be returned within 6 weeks subject to condition, decided at our sole discretion.
Items made to order are not returnable. These include pigmented decoration products and coloured renders.
The arrangement and cost of return deliveries is the responsibility of the customer.
A restocking charge of 15% of the original sales price is applied.
